- we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or faulty.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- We do not accept returns for wrong size or change of mind.
- Refunds
- if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items, with a photo of the issue.
- Once approved your refund will be processed to your origional payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges. If an item is damaged or faulty, we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
